I’m super honored to have an essay in the inaugural issue of Tiny Tim Literary Review, a publication whose “goal is to normalize chronically ill/disability narratives.” But this isn’t really a story about sickness. It’s a story about friendship. Because that’s how we survive the things that break our bodies, break our hearts—by holding on to what those things can’t take away from us. You can read the essay here.
